These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TRINIX Technologies website and engagement with our services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

TRINIX Technologies provides custom software development, web and mobile application development, ERP solutions and related IT services as agreed in individual project contracts, which take precedence over these general terms.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom-developed software transfers to the client upon full payment. TRINIX retains rights to pre-existing frameworks, libraries and tools used in delivery.

3. Payments

Projects are billed per the schedule outlined in the applicable proposal or contract — typically milestone-based. Late payments may result in paused delivery.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private, and will sign a mutual NDA on request prior to detailed discovery discussions.

5. Warranties & Support

Delivered software includes a defect-fix warranty period as specified in the project contract. Ongoing support beyond this period is covered under our AMC plans.

6. Limitation of Liability

TRINIX Technologies' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
